Cancelling an Order: 

Chicmomz products are made with immense love and care. Hence, cancellation of orders once the order has started becomes a little challenging for us. Thus, cancellation of orders is permitted only within 24 hours of placing an order. 

Exchange and Return Policy : 

We want you to love your order. But if you are not happy or satisfied with your product, we will definitely make things easier for you.

We have both exchange & return options available (Wallet/ store credit, refund to source- in prepaid orders, refund to bank account – in COD), as per the guidelines below:

• You must raise a return, exchange or account credit request by filling out the form below and submitting it within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Based on eligibility, either your parcel must be shipped by you or a reverse pickup will be taking place within 7 days of receiving the request. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, size or equally-priced item. 
• For Exchanges, the product should be unused; requests should be raised within 3 days of delivery and product should be shipped within 10 days.
• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.

PLEASE NOTE : For your safety and for the safety of courier delivery persons, the reverse pick up of parcels is currently not active by our courier company partner at certain pin codes- in which case we request the customer to kindly make your own arrangements to send back the parcel. To receive STORE CREDIT IN YOUR WALLET (to be used towards a future purchase):

• Please fill out the form below and choose the WALLET CREDIT option for the product delivered and you will get a revert within the next 24 working hours.
• The product should be unused and the request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• As soon as we get the product back, we will provide a credit – We add an amount equal to the product value to your ‘ Chicmomz account ‘ . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
• Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.
