You can try doing Yoga together. There have been a few yogic asanas which have helped a lot of people to conceive. Also, exercising together can also be a bonding time between the couples.
Cut back on Alcohol
An occasional drink doesn’t harm but having too much of alcohol might affect your fertility. Research has found that too much alcohol consumption can affect the man’s sperm count.
Do not stress
It’s ok that you really want to get pregnant. But, stressing over it should be the last thing in your mind. Keep everything light and healthy in the relationship. Stress either in men or women makes it a little difficult to conceive. So, try to take it easy.
Track your cycle
That’s the main thing which you need to do. Keep the track of your cycle. Ovulation is the best time to get pregnant. That’s the time when you are the most fertile. So, make sure you spend a good time with your partner.
