Gratitude can help you overcome the hardest situations in life. Gratitude and affirmations heal your soul and you instantly feel motivated. If you are currently feeling low, negative, anxious, stressed or if anyone in the family is facing the same, practice this. We hope it helps you just a little bit.
Make a list of things you’re grateful for
When you feel low, anxious or negative, take a pen and paper and make a list of all the things you to be grateful for at that moment. Food on your table, a roof above your head, a call from a friend, eyes to see? They all make it.
Say Thank You for life
The moment you open your eyes in the morning, say THANK YOU for a new day, a new life, a new opportunity.
Little Things
When you get up from your bed and walk to your bathroom, say a thank you for every step you take.
Gratitude a daily practice
Try to make gratitude a DAILY practice. Make your gratitude list at the end of your day, recollecting all the good things that happened to you on that day. It could be a hug you received, or the time radio played your favourite song or an Instagram comment. Remember it, and write it down. This is an act of telling the universe you want more of these moments.
Replacement
Replace complaints with gratitude. Every time you feel like complaining about something, for example, ‘I’m so tired’ – replace it with ‘I’m grateful for having a healthy body’ and watch the energy instantly change.
For mommies-to-be, be grateful for the little soul, you’re soon going to have in your arms.
Focus on the good and good will happen. May the world heal soon.
