Summer, Heat and there you are Pregnant !! 

But, don’t worry we are here to give you a few suggestions to beat the heat : 

Tip #1: Coconut water 

Coconut water will not only help you to cope with your morning sickness and pregnancy exertion but, has a lot of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants which will help you to stay cool in the hot weather. 

Tip #2: Consume water-rich fruits and veggies

Cucumbers and tomatoes contain 96 percent water, are low in calories, and are a good source of vitamins and fiber. Citrus fruits are extremely nutritious and keep you hydrated, providing a plethora of vitamins, minerals, and plant components that aid in overall wellness.

Tip#3: Avoid alcoholic beverages, sugary drinks, and caffeine.

Stay away from alcohol, aerated drinks, and caffeine when you are pregnant. During pregnancy, the body heat levels are already up and summer heat adds up to it. 

Tip #4: Moisturize your skin

Don’t forget to pamper your skin during pregnancy. Apply sunscreen before going outside, and massage your skin with coconut oil at night or before taking a shower. Use gentle soaps and be gentle to your skin.

Tip #5: Lukewarm shower

Use lukewarm water instead than hot water, which might remove natural oils, from your skin.

Give your pregnancy belly a good massage while bathing.

Tip #6: Recognize the signs of dehydration

Keep yourself updated. Make sure you recognize the pregnancy dehydrated signs. Do not let your lips dry. Make sure you pee often and if you are not that means you have filled your bladder enough with water.
