Aloe Vera

Add 1tbsp of aloe vera gel in 6 tbsp rosewater and 2-3 drops of vitamin e serum, and voila, you have curated the solution for most of your skin problems during your postpartum journey.
Haldi + Besan
The GOAT mask that all new moms can ever make is the Haldi besan mask. Take 3tbsp besan in a bowl and add 1/2tsp Haldi, some coffee powder (for exfoliation) and mix it up with raw milk to make a smooth paste. Apply it twice a week for amazing results. Have that amazing post-pregnancy glow mommy.
ACD on hair
Yep, you read it right! Apple Cider Vinegar is a great hydrating treatment that provides shine and nourishes without weighing down strands. All you need is 1tsp honey, 1tbsp ACD and 1 egg, mix it up in a bowl and leave it on hair for 30-40 mins, and then rinse.
Coconut Oil, Sugar & Essential Oils
Can’t spare coconut oil when talking about hair care after pregnancy.
With coconut oil to soothe the scalp and reduce inflammation, sugar to scrub away dead skin cells, peppermint oil to promote circulation and tea tree to fight bacteria, your hair will be back to its shiny self in no time.
Dehydration during pregnancy causes our scalps to become flakey, which is not only ick but also super uncomfortable.
